本店实行“不退不换”政策
Our store operates a “no returns, no exchanges” policy.

所有售出的商品均为最终销售，不接受任何理由的退货、退款或换货。
All sold items are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason. -
请在下单前仔细核对商品名称、尺寸、颜色、数量及收货地址。
Please carefully check product name, size, colour, quantity, and delivery address before placing your order. -
瓷器属于易碎品，且部分商品可能存在手工痕迹、斑点或轻微尺寸差异，这些属于正常工艺特征，不属于质量问题，恕不退换。
Porcelain is fragile. Some items may have handcraft marks, speckles, or minor size variations – these are normal characteristics and not quality defects, thus not eligible for return.

因个人喜好（如颜色与图片有差异、感觉比想象中偏大或偏小）要求退换。
Personal preference (e.g. colour differs from photos, feels larger/smaller than expected). -
签收后超过规定时间才提出的破损或少件。
Damage or missing items reported after the required time limit. -
因未当面验货或未妥善保管包装导致的后续问题。
Issues caused by failure to inspect upon delivery or improper handling of packaging. -
清关延迟、地址填写错误导致的退回或拒收。
Returns or rejections due to customs delays or incorrect address.
