1. 订单与支付 / Orders & Payment

  • 所有订单需在本站完成线上支付（支持马来西亚令吉 MYR）。
    All orders must be paid online on this site (Malaysian Ringgit – MYR supported).

  • 我们会在收到全额付款后 1-3 个工作日 内安排发货。
    We will arrange shipment within 1–3 business days after receiving full payment.

  • 若订单信息不完整（如地址错误），可能导致发货延迟，责任由买方承担。
    Incomplete order information (e.g. wrong address) may cause shipping delays – responsibility lies with the buyer.

2. 价格与库存 / Price & Stock

  • 所有价格已含消费税（如适用），不含国际运费。
    All prices include SST (if applicable) but exclude international shipping.

  • 由于瓷器为手工制品，实际库存可能略有波动。若您付款后某商品缺货，我们将主动联系您并提供更换或全额退款。
    Because porcelains are handmade, actual stock may vary slightly. If an item is out of stock after payment, we will proactively contact you and offer a replacement or full refund.

3. 运输与风险 / Shipping & Risk

  • 我们选用可追踪的快递服务（如 DHL、Pos Malaysia 国际包裹）。
    We use trackable courier services (e.g. DHL, Pos Malaysia International Parcel).

  • 瓷器在发货前均经过妥善包装。一旦商品交由承运商，运输风险即转移至买方。
    Porcelain is carefully packed before dispatch. Once handed to the carrier, shipping risk transfers to the buyer.

  • 如遇破损，请按“退款政策”中的时限拍照联系客服，我们会协助您向承运方索赔（但不保证成功）。
    In case of breakage, please take photos and contact us within the time limit stated in the Refund Policy. We will assist you in claiming from the carrier (but success is not guaranteed).

4. 知识产权 / Intellectual Property

  • 本网站所有图片、文字、设计、标识均归商家所有。未经书面许可，不得复制、转载或用于商业目的。
    All images, text, designs, and logos on this site belong to the merchant. No reproduction, republication, or commercial use without written permission.

5. 责任限制 / Limitation of Liability

  • 在法律允许的最大范围内，本店不对因使用或无法使用商品而造成的任何间接损失（如情绪价值、收藏预期收益等）承担责任。
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect losses arising from using or being unable to use the product (e.g. emotional value, expected collectible returns).

  • 对于因不可抗力（如自然灾害、战争、海关扣押）导致的延误或损失，我们不承担责任。
    We are not liable for delays or losses caused by force majeure (e.g. natural disaster, war, customs seizure).

6. 条款修改 / Changes to Terms

  • 我们保留随时修改这些条款的权利。修改后的条款一经公布即生效，继续使用网站视为接受。
    We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.

7. 适用法律 / Governing Law

  • 本条款受马来西亚法律管辖。任何争议应优先友好协商，协商不成可提交马来西亚吉隆坡仲裁。
    These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any dispute shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if unsuccessful, submitted to arbitration in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
